    To who it may concern, after i ve been pirate my mail last year i couldn t receive on my new mail, the note from Lunarpage mentioning that i have t change my password after 6 month, and also miss the renew of my billing account. so they close my website which is a very major important matter for my business, so i contact them via mail, at the first sight impossible to renew the payment unless i give the password, ( that i didn t change), then they ask the last 4 digit as a proove i was owner, and unfortunatly i don t have anymore credit card, well i explain it all and they decide to purchase my case fortunatly for me, as i had no other option other wise to pay a full new site... so it was great to see that a technician take care very well of my case, so to give my domain, ex password... finlaly as i m traveling a lot my frind could pay for me, and i really want to say thanks you for Lunarpage team.     Their chat support is really great. Any issues I have they're able to not only fix my problems but usually I'm educated along the way. There are certain things they don't want you to do but depending on who you get, if you ask nicely they will explain the way things work for you. Sometimes I just don't want things to be fixed. I wanted to understand the underlying issues that is happening. While not every tech support can explain every issue, more often with my experience and their explanations, I'm usually satisfied after every issue I go upon. The only downside is I still believe dedicated service overall is still highly priced, but that's an industry thing and not Lunarpages fault.

    LunarPages has horrible customer service. I have spent hours on hold with them, and still not had issues resolved that compromised our website use. For example, our website was not working properly as a result of SSL Certificate issues and it took a dozen phone calls and over 40 hours of work to get it resolved. Our email through LunarPages is often not received by our customers as well. When I tried to cancel our service, I was not allowed to do so.

    I used to be a loyal customer of lunarpages, until they suspended my site without warning. They they told me to upgrade to their $99 dedicated plan or $45 VPS plan or they won't help me. This is unfair and holding my company hostage!!! The reason is because you are only allowed to use 1% CPU and I was using 3%, with "200-300 allowed per server". My site only has text and small jpgs, and I access MySQL about 6 times per minute with my simplemachines forum. When they claim 'unlimited' MySQL, its a lie. The tech support ignored emails and was clueless to all my dumbed down technical questions when I called. Oh and I was put on hold for 20 minutes. For the last 6 months (2nd half of 2007) I found my site down fairly often. When I ask, all they say is 'problem has been fixed'. But it happened all the time. They also refused to transfer my site for me to the new plan, unless I pay an additional $50. Don't get lunarpages, they used to be good but not anymore!!!

    Overall not happy at all with the level of service, hosting or support, from Lunarpages. We loaded our tiny little website onto a shared server and it ran extremely slow. Tried to get them to honor their 30-day moneyback guarantee and they claimed they never got the cancellation email, even when I forwarded them a copy. Very convenient. (Of course by the time I followed up on the refund more than 30 days had passed, so they balked at giving my money back.) Certainly not the worst I've seen out there but even for $10/month who would want these headaches?

    These guys were the best when I signed up four years ago. Now they can't even deliver email reliably. They had a server failure several weeks ago they appear to still be resolving. Customer support is bad. You have to run three separate logins depending on whether you want customer support, access to your site or renew payments. Guessing they sold the company, outsourced or had high turn-over. I can't afford to use these guys anymore. There website uptime maybe 98--somthing but emails is probably 60% uptime.
