    Interface: A little confusing at first

    We switched to Fatcow from another hosting company and we are very pleased. Fatcow always warns me ahead of time of scheduled maintenance down times, which are usually in the middle of the night. The last time I needed support I was able to get a customer service person via live chat on a Sunday night! Other support emails have all been answered quickly. Their control panel is easy to navigate and understand. I'm constantly recommending Fatcow to anyone who asks.

    In the first six months of my service with FatCow I have had my site go out and lose emails several times! They have poor customer service and unstable service. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want a good web host.
